Posh - The Curse That Is An Injury!

Posh - The Curse That Is An Injury!

One disadvantage of being on the sidelines, as a player, when a team goes on a long unbeaten streak, is that there is very little chance of the manager changing the starting eleven too much.

Dean Keates, our thirty year old midfielder who has missed the last four games with a knee injury, is acutely aware of this fact.

Speaking to the local radio station, Keates, who is now back in full training, has spoken about his position at the club in an honest and forthright manner, remarking,

'I see myself as being fourth choice at the minute,'

'There's nothing worse than training Monday to Friday and not being involved at the weekend.'

In Keates absence Paul Coutts and Charlie Lee have given assured performances to cement a partnership in the middle of the park even doing enough to keep Micah Hyde on the side lines.

I guess Darren Ferguson will have no arguments if they keep performing as they have done.
