Posh - Ferguson on Last Night

Posh - Ferguson on Last Night

It`s never easy to accept a 0-0 draw.

For days after the memories of just what action you witnessed fade and in time the score 0-0 evokes memories of a dismal match.

Last night wasn`t dismal but I`ve seen more entertaining matches in my life.

Nevertheless, as we rise up the league ladder we`re going to encounter teams who come to get the point they started with.

It`s a point Darren Ferguson made in an interview he gave with BBC Radio Cambridgeshire where he explained,

'A club like Brighton who have aspirations of their own looked more than happy to take a point off us."

'It shows how far we've come that teams are not looking forward to playing us at home'.

Darren also went on to discuss our season so far, pointing out that we`ve not been out-played by anyone and how it augers well for the future commenting,

'We could have won every game this season, we've rarely been out-played.

'If we can perform, and have a bit of luck with injuries, we've got a good chance of promotion this season'.

Now that would be a remarkable achievement - back to back promotions
