Ferguson Swoops to Sign Youngster

With our defensive options looking a little scarce following the injury to Shane Blackett on Saturday and with Jamie Day also sidelined for a long period of time, Darren Ferguson has moved quickly to bolster his options.

Today, Ferguson has swooped to sign Craig Braham-Barrett from Welling United for the princely sum of 10,000.

The move to London Road offers the young defender the chance to establish himself in the Football League, a chance we`d imagine he`s relishing.

Speaking about the signing, Ferguson had this to say to the official web site,

'Craig is a young lad who we have had a look at and he has plenty of pace.'

'With Jamie Day and Shane Blackett out, we needed cover in that position and he will provide that.'

We here at Posh Vital would like to welcome Craig to our club and we hope he has an enjoyable and successful stay.
