Posh - Best Wishes for a Speedy Recovery Shane!

Posh - Best Wishes for a Speedy Recovery Shane!

Here at Vital Posh we`re saddened to hear that Shane Blackett has had a recurrence of his injury.

After making his come back, after a lengthy lay-off, the news that Shane has suffered another dislocation of the same shoulder that popped out in training recently is worrying.

Our links with Shane are particularly strong as he is a friend of my wife who got to know his family whilst working in a nearby super-market.

We`re sure his dad Dean will be only too pleased to accept our best wishes for the speedy recovery of his son and we hope to exchange pleasantries very shortly in his sandwich bar (nibbles).

Get fit soon Shane!
