Posh - The (Scott) Rendell Mysteries!

Posh - The (Scott) Rendell Mysteries!

It seems that the spoken word is never the bond when it comes to footy speak!

When the news broke that our striker Scott Rendell had agreed to join Yeovil on loan, all kinds of vitriolic verbal claims came our way from those poor disgruntled, Conference bound, Hatters at Kenilworth Road.

Apparently, Luton believe that we`ve reneged on a deal. Now we`re not privy enough t such information so we can`t offer a definitive view one way or the other, but what we will say is that given a choice, where would you prefer to go, up and coming Yeovil or sinking fast Luton Town?

Therefore here at Vital Posh we`d like to wish Mr Rendell all the best during his one month loan spell and hope that it propels him back into the limelight.

Having joined Peterborough from Cambridge United, having previously played for Aldershot Town, Forest Green and Crawley, his career somewhat stalled after joining us having made just five starts since his arrival in February.

However, at twenty-one years of age, Scott does have time on his side, unlike Luton we think!
